The Red Devils' disastrous 2021-22 campaign is not the fault of just Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Ralf Rangnick, or any of the players but years of poor squad building that doomed them all to failure
Incredibly irritating how often you use the words "it wasn't surprising" or "not surprisingly" or similar. It just makes you look like an insufferable know-it-all who's unaware of the power of hindsight.
If you'd actually predicted that occurrence in advance, then you could hyperlink to where you said it. Then, and only then, would it be okay to point out how "unsurprising" it all was.
You're welcome to go through all my old tweets (@pkwestel), it's all there. I've written extensively about Rashford not fitting with a Zlatan/Cavani/Ronaldo type striker. I've written extensively about how the lack of progression from midfield kills United and makes it impossible for anyone else to play to their potential. I tweeted and wrote at the start of the year how Ronaldo was a bad fit for this team and not addressing the midfield meant they were going to struggle this year. Frankly, most of my tweets this year centered around the theme of "I don't expect this team to be winning"
